Service Description

This all-inclusive package is ideal for Clients who would like to relax and allow us to have full control over the planning and the execution of their Wedding vision. This package includes all services included in Day-Of Event Management & Partial Planning + Design, as well as the following: - Initial meeting and walk through to discuss design style and preferences, priorities for event, event timeline and flow, and the overall budget. - A customized budget approved by the Client based on your priorities, needs, and your current contractual commitments upon booking. - Executive control during the planning process to make decisions on the Client's behalf based on their wedding priorities and overall budget. - Venue Selection Service. - Contract pricing & negotiation. - Creation of a customized Wedding website on The Knot for your guests to visit for resources & information regarding your event. - Provide recommendations of specific vendors from Preferred Vendor List based on client's personal preferences and budget, and obtain custom quotes for clients to review and select from. - Carefully curating and coordinating with vendors in each category that fit the Client's budget, style and priorities (including but not limited to the following: Venue Manager, Florist, Photographer, Videographer, Entertainment Vendors, Baker, Linen Supplier, Drapery and Lighting Supplier, Furniture Rentals, Transportation, etc.). - Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party venue selection, decor set-up and confirmation the week of the Wedding. - Assistance with Venue & Vendor selection to meet overall budget & design goals. - Contract and pricing negotiation as needed. - Creation of a full wedding design document & vision board outlining your event & decor details from start to finish. - Assistance in planning the guest experience for the weekend and RSVP Tracking. - Assistance with the overall design aesthetic to include the selection of the following: florals and centerpieces, cake design, drapery and lighting design, furniture rentals, decor details and signage, linen and rental orders, invoicing and coordination, custom signage, invitation needs & paper goods, welcome boxes, etc. - Complimentary calligraphy services for custom signage. - Day-of styling services to assist with photography details and staging. **Please inquire for our Events Packet which includes a comprehensive list of services provided in this package as well as a custom quote.**
