Service Description

This package is ideal for Clients who have already selected their venue, or are in the process of selecting their venue, and would like assistance creating an overall budget and partial design assistance as well. This package includes all of the items included within the Day-Of Event Management Package as well as the following: - Initial meeting & walk through of pre-selected venue to discuss overall style & vision, budget, priorities and the timeline of events. - Unlimited contact via phone, text and email. - Act as primary point of contact throughout the planning process and on the day-of. - Creation of a customized budget based on your current contractual commitments, priorities & needs, and your overall budget for the big day. - Provide recommendations of specific vendors from Preferred Vendor List based on Client's personal preference and budget. - In-person meetings, as advised throughout the planning process. - Carefully curating and coordinating with vendors within the clients budget that meet their overall style and priorities. - Assistance with catering and bar selections, i.e. menu creation/coordination, review of catering contract and final invoice, attendance of menu tasting. - Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party recommendations, decor set-up prior to the Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party and confirmation with the venue the week prior. - Assistance with securing and coordinating Transportation logistics. - Access to customized online documents allowing the planning to be organized and easily accessible. - Discussion and input of overall Wedding theme, color palette, style and Wedding design. - Recommendations and input on the overall design aesthetic to include the selection of the following: florals and centerpieces, cake design, drapery and lighting design, furniture rentals, decor details and signage, linen and rental orders, invoicing and coordination, custom signage, invitation needs & paper goods, welcome boxes, etc. - Communication of the design vision to the vendor team, and the study of your wedding details and day-of styling. **Please inquire for our Events Packet which includes a comprehensive list of services provided in this package as well as a custom quote.**
