Service Description

This is our basic service, and is ideal for clients who have, or plan to, select the venue and their vendors and do much of the detailed planning on their own. For clients who select this package the service will begin 10 weeks prior to the wedding day. - One wrap up meeting, usually 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding day, to review all of your Wedding details and your contracts. - Contact via Phone, Text and Email as needed. - Creation of a customized wedding day timeline, processional order and floor plan of reception space. - Review of your final details and selected vendors, and confirmation of venue and vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the Wedding day. - Directing a one hour rehearsal the day prior to the Wedding. - Coordination of all vendors, and the set-up of all custom decor details on the day of the Wedding. - Full Coordination and Event Management during the Ceremony and Reception to ensure that everything flows smoothly. - This package includes 10 hours of service on the day of the Wedding (additional hours available upon request). - Ensuring that the cards and gifts are secured at the end of the night, and the breaking down of all personal decor following the event. **Please inquire for our Events Packet which includes a comprehensive list of services provided in this package as well as a custom quote.**
